	How does it work ? Logistics Flip Globe deducts 10% of its billing for its administration costs. Apart from it there is flat charge of 12% for payroll taxes. If you choose to opt for any of the benefit packages we shall deduct those costs from your gross pay. We give you significant tax savings by paying a part of your pay as expenses which is not taxable. Do I qualify? Terms and Conditions Make sure you are eligible for this program. The EIKI program is available only for consultants located in the USA. The minimum accepatable billing rate is $40/hr. International candidates will be eligible for this program at 6 months from joining.
	Fill out the application. Once you have filled out an application you shall receive a call from our HR team. Ready to go? Start looking for a project. If you have already found one then speak to your HR counselor to take care of the contract and paperwork. You can negotiate your own billing rate with the clients. If you do need help with this regard we will gladly come forward to help you out in negotiating the best rates. Complete the paperwork. In this step we make sure we have all the right paperwork for you with the client, verify payment schedules and contract length. Submit all the documents required for filing your H-1B if you are not already on our H-1B. Sign our employment agreement form New Graduate Program We offer training programs for fresh graduates and also help their placement. Fresh graduates will be eligible to apply for the EIKI program after 4 months from joining us.
