•  $20.00 co-pay per doctor visit (for in-network providers)

•   For Employee and spouse: $400 - $550.00      
•   For employee with spouse and children: $ 500.00 - 700.00

Bench time & paid vacation:

You can choose to set aside a portion of your billing every month which will be added to your account. This can be used to run your payroll during your bench period or can be used up as a paid vacation. If not used for either of them, the amount will be paid out to you at the year end as employee bonus. Ideally employees are recommended to set aside at least 3-5% of their billing for this fund.
